Summary:
- Current 3rd party jdk8 installation fails due to trust issue in homebrew.
- Detect and reuse an existing Jdk installation on macOS runners before installing a new cask.
- Still target on jdk 8 binary build.
- Stop using 3rd party jdk installation,
