Bernd Schubert 9a003db94e Rename doc/libfuse-operations.txt to doc/fuse-operations.txt 
Reason is that these are not libfuse operations alone, but actually
the kernel userspace interface.

Also decrease the level warning, as the file content should be
mostly safe in the mean time.
